INFERTILITY
Infertility is a disease of the male or female reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve a pregnancy after 12 months or more after regular unprotected sexual intercourse. Many people suffer from infertility, both male and females but because of the knowledge we lack women are often blamed for being infertile.
Infertility has a lot of negative impacts on couples but mostly women because they end up facing violence , divorce ,social stigma ,depression and low self esteem. It is very important to provide education on infertility so that couples and individuals are able to prevent it and for those infected to get early treatment . There are many treatments and surrogacy can also be used as alternative treatment for having a child .
